That's just a record company address, which can be used to write to any of the clients that Def Jam represents. so if Rihanna is on their list of clients, then yes, you can send her a letter to that address. although, like everyone has been saying, she doesn't reply TTM much.

I send 2 months ago to Lady Gaga, I send an email to her publicst with the question where I can send fanmail for Lady Gaga
where I recieved my photos signed back and they emaild me an address back, I hope that I got soon reply :D

That's what happened to me with GaGa sent her 7 or 8 times VV and 2 times to her agency- recieved nothing! I ended up buying her autograph on here!

You can try it, but she probably won't respond. Only way to get her is IP and that is rare!
