That's the correct address to use! below is how I addressed mine. For the envelope your sending to Adam, you need to take that to your local post office and they can weight it and send it to the USA.

for the SAE, you'll need to get some $1.05 'airmail' stamps. if your sending a smaller photo, it will only require one of those stamps on your SAE.
