no she DOES have official website.
it's listed on her WTA profile and wiki!!

Met her a few times at a tournament, really nice and a good player :D But from what I've seen she only has a fanpage and not an official page like other players. You can indeed try the Bulgarian Tennis Federation and write on the envelop if they could please forward it to Tsvetana {up}

You could try the Bulgarian Tennis Federation. Many times these individual country federations pass on mail to their players and I have had success with this process.

Bulgarian Tennis Federation
Blvd Vassil Levski 75
BG Sofia 1040
Bulgaria

the email address on her official site seems permanently invalid.
and i dont know what agency she's with... :( :(
