I found her home address, and it was suggested to me that when I mail to Miley, that I include 10$ and write on the front of the envelope that you are donating to her charity "Libby Ross Foundation" so that she opens the envelope.

She does sign VV sometimes (So Undercover she signed VV for a bunch of people).
