Did you provide the photo for the first caroline sunshine one or did she send you a Promo shake it up photo?

Would i need to Provide the photos to the other cast (Rocky, Cece, ty ect)

Guess i will have to look up the stars names as i only know them by charater LOL

Would it be OK if i write 1 letter to disney shake it up and put all there names and letters on it?
Or is it best doing it seperate

Also i am in the UK so dont have any USA stamps or IRC what i do for now is put $2.00 in the envelope and explain in my letter why i have included $$
