Fanpacks!!

When requesting Fanpacks from sports team do you usually just send an email or send a letter. Also do you provide the SASE or do they do that?

I want to send to many baseball teams, I emailed the Braves and they said to send a postcard. In everyone else's experience does that mean send a letter requesting it without a SASE or do you send the SASE.

Also want to get any other baseball team, are the teams different in the way they do it.
