Yes, the post officers said that they only using registered mail or EMS to send abroad. Plus, they demand to give phone numbers (I wonder why? ) They just explain it is the procedure. As long as I know they don't serve with stamps anymore, even though it was sent to address in same city

I've sent already to Alan Rickman, Dakota Fanning, Oded Fehr, Tony Anselmo, Geoffrey Rush, Jackie Chan and all of them used register mail.

If I give her agent's phone, will that acceptable?

Can I ask which country you live? Are you sure you need to give phone number? Can't you just buy the right stamp and put it in the mail box?

Where are you living at? You should try another mail office because I can just place my letters on the counter of my mail office and its send where ever its supposed to be send to....
