I'd try it, but apparently she is really rare. Whatever you do, don't try the September Management (the one in the database) address. On the September Mangement website, after the list of clients, it says *Note: Any items received for September Management's clients will not be returned*, so I'm assuming that means they wouldn't return autograph requests... so don't waste your time with SM... try the one you found(: Good Luck!!!

Try it. She's nearly impossible to get even IP is rare.
