Well, I have Zoe Saldana and Zachary Quinto (from the new Star Trek movies) and Patrick Stewart, but I obtained those via venue. I had no luck when I sent to their agencies. If your friend is a fan of the original series (which, I mean, who isn't? ;-) ) I know that you can buy William Shatner's signature on his website. It usually runs $70-90/per photo. Nichelle Nichols sells autographs as well on her website for $35/per and will personalize it if you want for an additional fee.

My friend is obsessed with star trek and her birthday is coming up!! I thought it'd be really cool if I got an autograph for her from one of the cast members.
