If Bill does not answer the phone you have to quickly convince them how big of a bill Murray fan you are by reciting all of his lines from the movie "Scrooged”.

Upon completion and if he is available they will transfer you to Bill or they will just ask what item you want to have signed by him and how to send it to him.
