I don't know about Daniel, but Rupert Grint will be on Broadway from the end of August to January (
http://www.broadway.com/shows/its-only-play/), so no need for international stamps!
As far as the stamps, I just figured that out myself recently, so here's what I do.
I order the stamps from the UK or Canada (both have postal service websites that are really easy to navigate. You just want to search for stamps that can be used internationally - Canada has stamps specifically for sending to the US!). Those go on the envelope that comes BACK TO YOU. The stamp going to the celebrity should have an international stamp on it, which can be purchased at a local post office. They're more expensive than regular stamps, but what are you gonna do?
If you need any help, send me a PM!
