If you go to any major league teams website, find the contact us form. You then write an email to their general email, or submit a form. Most teams send out something, like pocket schedules, stickers, and a form letter, saying thank you for being a fan.

A lot of times you'll find the Minor League Baseball (MiLB) teams always send out fan packs, some with even T-Shirts, Hats, and Pens/Pencils. I believe the cleveland indians do send out something, but you may want to try their minor league teams, you'll have more success.

If you are a basketball fan though, the Cleveland Cavaliers usually do pretty well with fan packs.
