I thought I had deleted it and moved it to the Feedback thread, apparently it didn't take, but it is posted there as well, and thank you so kindly for pointing that out. :)

As an FYI, this actually belongs in the "success" thread. Congratulations by the way.

On September 12, 2011, I sent LOR, SASE, donaton to ROAR, and 2 8 1/2x11 photos and 1 4x6. I used the database address:

Tippi Hedren
The Roar Foundation
6867 Soledad Canyon Road
Acton, CA 93510

Today, October 5, 2011, I received back my photos, only one signed and personalized, but a nice note from Ms. Hedren asking for more information about an Indian legend I shared with her (to acknowledge her animal rights activism, of which I am a HUGE supporter) that says that when we die, we cross a bridge that is guarded by the animals we've known in our life. Based on our treatment of them, they decide whether or not we can cross or are turned away.

I can find the legend easily online but nothing about its history or origins. If anyone here knows how I can gain more info, please message me here through my email. Thanks.

Here is the picture, both sides of the note, and the envelope:
