I think they are maybe worth a 1 because they take days to respond to request, they refuse to update their address from some I got a response from using a different address that it ACTUALLY legit, and their address is most likely incorrect, you have to repeat yourself several times before you get a straight answer from anyone, and the fact that they don't even say thanks for your kind post just shows you how they don't care!
