There is a reason that a signed photo of Lady Gaga goes for $800. She is impossible to get and hardly ever signs autographs. It is mostly her people that don't allow it like her manager. Only way to get her is buy it or get lucky enough to catch her on the street without her security guards around to push her into the Limo before she can sign.

She is so hard to get! The best possible way to try to get her is IP or VV. I've have tried her VV 7 times and no luck She is so nice to her fans IP but, her body guards and other people usually don't give her her fanmail at concerts for her to sign. Good Luck!
