Don't even bother with this address, hun, I tried a long time ago with this address. The place doesn't even represent him anymore.
I have never had a TTM success with James, Carlos, or Logan. There is no email address except for the studio address for where BTR is shot, and they are not allowed to give any emails to the guys, only fanmail. I asked. None of the addresses in the database work for any of the guys except Kendall. I've written to them VV at least ten times over the past three years. At one of the VV's, a lady emailed me a picture of the guys holding my letter. (I had asked her personally to make sure my letter was passed on). I never got an autograph from them. They aren't allowed to sign fanmail because Nickelodeon wants you to pay for a VIP pass to meet them instead.
