I requested a fan pack from the Oklahoma Thunder via their website about 2 weeks ago, but they wouldn't send me one because I live in Ireland. Here's the response I got from them:

I've tried looking around the thunder website but I can't seem to find the fan pack program they talk about. The photos they sent me were of Russell Westbrook, Nick Collison and Kevin Durant.
