I sent out my card on September 17, 2012 to former Saint Louis BLUE Center Derek "Turk" Sanderson and recieved my autograph card and a letter that says - "Let me know what you think of the book. Thanks, Derek" I did some searching and found where he works and sent the letter to that address.
