Think of friend as as the mail carrier. Put a photo, self addressed envelope, and letter of request in an envelope and ask your friend to drop it off at the band you like. :) All the bands have tents at which representatives sell merchandise. These people work for the band so it will be really easy for them to pass your mail along. Good luck! {up}

If you live close by to a Warped Tour venue, go to it! It's a lot of fun and it's really easy to meet bands and get autographs there.

You can try but it's probably really really hard for the venues to figure out band will be when and where. Do you have any friends going? Maybe they can drop off enveloped at the merchandise tents for you :)
