I want to send a picture to Brigitte requesting an autograph and donate to her foundation, but I don’t know how I can since I’m in England and she is in France. I went to my post office and asked for International Reply Coupons and the lady didn’t even know what I was talking about and then I said that I want to send a prepaid letter to France and how many stamps would I need but she said I can’t do that because the stamps will need to be from France! I then rang up another post office and the lady said that they no longer do International Reply Coupons. Please help me!
