Don't know about the signatures, but as a whole, COAs are useless. Anybody can make one up, they have no legal standing or recourse, and companies can and have made mistakes (saying an item is good when it's not, and saying an item is bad when it isn't.) Learn the characteristics of a signature and what makes it good. (For example, Avery Brooks' secretary is close enough to the real thing, but there's one key difference.)
