I think Rupert sent out authentic at the beginning of HP movies, then he started to send out PP as the other two (Dan+Emma).

i love this picture, but i got the old photo recently, don't know why..... :? maybe they are still in a transitional period, send out some new ones, but still try to clear all the old photos. I will try to send to him again next year, when they officially start to use this new photo.

I got the same one, and on mine it looks authentic, but I believe it is not, he only sends out PPs.

If it is obtained TTM then its 100% a PP, Daniel only sends pre-prints.

So it's not "fake" per se, as it's the official photo he sends out. But it's not authentically signed by him. It's still a very nice photo :)
