Hi i have had a look at the link you provided and im not so sure it is authentic
I found a copy of Sarahs autograph on Autographworld.com and i have also been making comparisons to the Studio Fan mail PP i have.

To me the M looks different as yours is quite loopy the G also look quite different from the PP. The biggest difference is the R in Sarah. In your example its written in the old fashioned almost forgotton about way, where as here you can see the R is little r thats quite visable.
Its my opinion thats its either a sec or a bad fake, but thats my opinion you dont have to take it.
