Simply put.....No it's not, Rarely if ever, does Sir Paul ever sign.
Indeed, even most Beatles autographs are fake.... what they used to do is someone would take, your photo, or album off you, then sign it behind closed doors, then give it back, to the person, who with the passing of a great many years (45 years) will say with hand on heart, that the feb 4 signed it.....in most cases at least 75 % no they did'ot.
Out of the Beatles, Ringo was always the best signer, and at the moment is signing the last lot of autographs ever.
