I have a feeling that unless you meet him in person or obtain his older autographed trading cards, you wont have much success in getting a hand signed autograph. You may get a PP version though if you go through his agency but it would be highly unlikely that you will receive an authentic version through the mail.
My reasoning for this is due to contractual obligations and how it has changed his approach to the public, having been affiliated with Upper Deck for quite some time, it would seem that honeymoon period is over now. Upper Deck wanted him to transform MLS into one of the more mainstream sports in the US, as well as to shift gears in the trading card industry.
UD wanted a few cards for their MLS sets and Beckham felt that the lesser of his signature the better it would be for everyone, making his autograph a bit harder to obtain would sustain his image as a high end card that eveyone would want but not just anyone would or could obtain (making it a win/win scenario for both him and UD)
But because UD and Beckham could not come to an agreement, he decided to pull out of the whole entire notion, you can still obtain Game used cards of him playing in the MLS but you will in all likelyhood never be able to get an autographed version. Unless you want to pay a fortune on one through Futera cards.
That said, if he is not willing to sign for a company that would obviously be willing to pay him millions for let's say 200 autographs, why would he just hand them out for free TTM?
Would make no sense at all I reckon....just my opinion though.
