They are definitely not autopen - he'd have to have A LOT of different templates (since I've seen many of these photos from him and not two signatures match 100%)

Let's say that the autographs are indeed genuine.
I would argue that most probably he doesn't do the personalizations by himself. I have a theory that he maybe doesn't want his secretary to add personalizations written (and therefore let people think that he himself did it) and so the secretary adds them using a computer onto pre-signed photos. Maybe it's just my wishful thinking but I from what I can tell, Mr. Glenn has a character.
