I would say that it is authentic. Look at the comparision below of your autograph VS a stamped Phleps sent out in 2007, it matches.

All i can see is Michael has changed his signature a lot. This could be his older autograph.

Ok im probably going to regret posting this but i need confirmation.

I got my Phelps autograph via the Speedo email back in Jan 07 so it was ages ago.

Is it authentic?
