They pretty much all do (personalization) then sign AP

I dont think you can pre print on a baseball so i think its real and the president usually wont sign secretarials

any president not specifically President Obama

Looks fake to me. The line through the "O" seems to go point way to far left. The "B" doesnt look right either, but baseballs are probably had to sign so idk.
