I agree that COA on most cases means nothing but if it's from a reputable dealer, such as Autographworld or Golden State Autographs when it is more likely that the item is authentic.
However, the autograph on the link that you provided looks nothing like any known in person successes. So I think it's definitely fake and britneyfan, I wouldn't compare your autograph with this one.
