This is in my dad's book, Back to the Batcave which was written by Adam West. I can't remember how my dad got the autograph, but I'm pretty certain he never met him, so he would have bought it signed. I have my doubts now about this being genuine as although it is a few years old, it looks nothing like his signature to me.
