Looks authentic to me. It matches his in person autograph.

Hey! Major fan of Friends so I bought this from www.autografer.net (Swedish site as www.autographs.net) and i have bought from him many times before and they have match percectly to authentic autographs all..It was the numbered sticker on the back of the photo and the "coa" is from autographworld with 2 photos when meeting Matthew.

I am pretty sure its real and signed by him,its a fluent autograph and i have noticed he signs like that IP.but still wants a more of an experts point of view :)
