There's probably only a handful of authentic signed guitars in existence from Elvis Presley. I've never seen one come up for auction. If it did, the price would be very high. $5000,- and up.
Just looking at the autograph it's hard to tell if it's authentic or not. Some forgers are very good at their jobs. What would make this piece authentic is history and proof. Is there any more you can tell us about it? Who was the seller, where did they obtain the guitar, from what year is the guitar. Stuff like that.
