The problem with Tom Hanks' autograph is that it is not hard to forge. I have looked at the OP's photo and have compared it with a authentic signatures signed by Tom Hanks from different enviorments (e.g. Rushed, Proper Signing event..).
Knowing Tom Hanks as a signer itself is enough to doubt the authenticity of this autograph (as he is well known for using secs). Looking at the signature you can tell Tom Hanks has changed secs- as it is different from previous Tom Hanks "success". However, a sec- it still is as it simply doesn't match his authentic autograph. Also, as it is signed by those silver markers, it is very easy to see "unjointed" and attempts to "rejoin" the words (Hank).
Therefore I am leaning towards it being a forgery.
