I don't agree with your points that the autograph is SECS because it looks too "perfect" and too "full" as the player isn't rush so i think he can provide a more perfect and full autograph than the IP's.

If it is SECs, so why there're not many ppl getting his autograph via united address? ;-) i don't think that the sec will learn how to write tevez's autograph just replying a few fans ;-)

You wont get a concrete answer. It looks ok to a degree but certain parts (the start and the loop) I really dont like, personally.
