Both fake!

I recently got an IP from Billy Ray and it looks nothing like the one in the pic.
The Miley one is OBVIOUSLY fake.

The Billy Ray one MAY be real, but the Miley looks so fake.

yeah.. i agree with the others... it definitely looks fake. the cyrus looks way too secretarial or like some middle aged woman.

Well, it looks pre-printed but where did you get it from?
She signs different almost everytime she signs but she never signs that way!
I think you'll have a better chance on getting authenticy if you send to one of the adresses
in the database. Good luck ;)

Sorry but they are fak and pre-printed, is that your own scanned autographed picture or did you find it online, Send to her address on the database for a better chance of getting it authentic and personalized if need. Although, it can take a long time. I sent mine off today so I will keep you updated.
