The reason why there are certain celebrities who limit to one autograph is simple, to differentiate between the genuine fan and the autograph hound out to make a fast buck on ebay, The celebrities would be shrewd to know how much their autographs are worth through combing through the internet, i wont be surprised celebrities would be put off if they see their autographs being hawked and being sold on internet sites,
That is why you find for celebrity fitness models or even adult film actresses, have fanmail clubs where a fee of US25 gets you an autographed pic knowing there is money to be made
Just imagine if celebrities were to do the same which they can justify in terms of printing cost, postage and time taken.
We should be thankful there are celebrities who dont charge a dime for sending out t heir autographs

Yeah, singaporefan is right.
Why bother sending a letter saying that Fonda only signs one autograph per person if its a secretarial?
It also matches the many in-person signatures that I have gotten over the years from Fonda.
It's authentic.

Hi pls read my posting i am a new member here would like to give comment i had recived a letter dated dec 13 2005 and autographed pic from jane fonda dated dec 13 , it has said I quote part of the letter verbatim, "However due to constraints on her time Ms Foonda only signs one photo per admirer/per household. She does not personlize photos"

no doubt the letter was typed by the managment of fonda inc but the fact that it had said one autograph per admirer means it couldnt be from a secretary cos a secretary's job is to sign autographs without complain if indeed its from a secretary
the photo is exactly the same autographed pic that you had posted the signature has similarites and i had noticed it was black marker or black felt pen there is dark and light contrast on the signature strokes as if it was signed quite in a hurried manner and smudge quite genuine definitetly not a preprint or autopen

I sent to her Via Venue when she was doing a play and that matches mine. I think that it is authentic! :D

That looks just like the IP signature that I got from her. I'd say it's authentic.

I'm assuming she provided the photo? It's not a pre-print, autopen, or stamp of hers that I have seen. It looks very similar to her IP's and a recent VV success posted in VV feedback. If it's authentic, it's probably from a stack of photos that she pre-signed to send out to requests. Is there any ink or smudging on the back of the photo, indicating it was part of a stack?
