Wrong. I do not know Heidi Klums signature, but this looks to be obtained TTM. I do know that all you have to do is pay a fee to become a UACC dealer (I think that is correct).

I can also say that I constantly see forged Barack Obama autographs for sale on eBay which were originally sold by "UACC Registered Dealers."
