No one has been the best help on here for me either... So luckily I did a little research myself!

I found this youtube video of this awesome guy who got to meet Gaga.
The very fist picture is showing him with Gaga, then it shows Gaga signing the stuff, like a little actual video.
At the 1:00 minute mark, you can see GaGa signing. From then on it shows the picture of the signed shirt, and the signed cd.

Unlucky for us, Lady GaGa does have almost a different autograph every time. It's like she just signs her name, and it isn't always the same.
