This is what an Authentic Miley in Person semi rushed autograph looks like.

I see this sort of thing happen time and time again. We always need to do our research before purchasing. This seller has sold the same "signed" photos over and over again. Look at the completed auctions. Look at the feedback. Not so much for their rating but look at the items that have been purchased. Same stuff over and over. Don't get blinded by great feedback. People leave good feedback because they got what they ordered. People that deal in forgeries always give great service because they know that's what will up their rating and make them look legitimate.

You can't get an authentically signed Miley and Billy Ray Cyrus photo for less than $15.00. It just doesn't happen. If it seems too good to be true...it is. This dealer in question has sold a few of them. He must be really good friends with the Cyrus family and all those other celebrities he's selling.

How can you possibly say they're 75% real when -

a) they dont look anything like any known authentics
b) they come from the same person operating 2 ebay accounts both of which are full of the same fakes
c) by your own admission her sig is easy to fake (except for this seller, who has failed miserably)

You cant use the different ebay accounts as any basis for authenticity, a lot of fakers have 3+ accounts.

I would say with 75 % certainty they are real, especially as you got them form two different users. BUT, her sig is SO easy to forge so I don't know. I am not an EBAY user, but is there a way you can try and see if it is the same person with two accounts?

Well both sellers are bad in my opinion, both are also selling VERY similar items with VERY similar fake sigs, I'd go as far to say as they're probably the same seller under different names.

Get a refund. On both.

yeah they kinda did this backwards..but....everyone makes mistakes..

Miley's signature now is so easy to forge. And the fact that its from ebay doesn't give me much confidence in the authenticity.
