Ben
used to, just after the release of "Prince Caspian", send out secretarial inscribed but authentically signed photos. Then, a while later, in 2009 I believe, he switched back to personalizing the photos himself and ever since, I haven't seen secretarial inscriptions since. However, the new "Dear {name}" inscriptions does look a bit off, but it is clearly done in the same pen as the autograph part... I compared some letters to the new recent inscriptions, and what I've noticed it that the letters are written very closely to one another, whereas Ben writes more stretched out. I must say some letters, though not all, do look close to Ben's writing...
I got him before he was very famous (only known back then for his role in "Stardust"), in March 2008 and he handwrote my address on the return envelope - I compared some of his letters on the envelope to the recent personalizations - some letters match, others not so much... You can see some of the envelope on my site, but if you'd like to see the whole thing to compare to, just let me know and I'll pm it to you!
Compare for example the R particularly in this new success:

to this older one, which is authentic:

Quite different, but then the capital S in a recent success matches to his S on my envelope again...
Here's what I meant with his more stretched out letters, same name as you:

I think it could be
authentic, as the way he wrote "Nicole" is the link I posted, matches to yours (I'm talking about how he wrote the letters). Look at the "le" part at the end, it's similar.
