I will never do business with Autograph World again! I bought a Gerald Ford autograph from him. Once I got it in my hand- I didn't feel so sure that it was real.
When I emailed them back asking for a refund- the owner wrote back that I am an idiot and he's been in the business for 25 years and his UACC Registered Dealer numbers are #RD001 and RD002 and he doesn't sell fakes! He wanted me to email him a bunch of info about what dealers I had look at it and such and what their UACC numbers were. I wrote back reminding him that
I was the CUSTOMER- I don't have to provide or prove anything to him- if anything he needs to pride providence on the autograph he sold me. I told him I could care less what his dealer number was- that doesn't prove crap. I wrote that I wasn't accusing him of selling fakes- just I didn't feel this one was real and wanted my money back.
He wrote back saying I have serious anger issues and that I made the whole story up....? I told him to not worry about my refund- he can keep my money, he needs it more than I do.
I'm sure this company is okay- just the owner's customer service is horrible. All I asked for was my money back!
