It could easily be a pre print.

But I also agree with you about ebay, so i wouldn't buy anything either.

1st miley cyrus looks real. The other one is too hard to tell, it could easily be forged. And the third looks fake. Like someone copied it off another picture.

The Miley Cyrus signatures look pretty authentic to me. For Zac, it doesn't look like his signature at all.
