According to the listing he "purchases them" - he doesn't get them signed himself. What he means to say is that he signs them himself and puts them on ebay.

I looked at a few items and wouldn't buy a thing from this guy. Looks like it's all been signed by the same person.

I can tell you I would NEVER buy anything from that seller...

they are not all fakes. i was looking at this HSM3 cast poster and i see Corbin, Vanessa, and Zac and those r real. so you just have to really analyze those posters!

Yes, I have seen that seller before. And it's all fakes. 'Perfectly signed posters, with full signatures all in pretty silver'. ;)
I just took a look at a few, like for example the Iron Man one, Gwyneth Paltrow only ever signs GP nowadays, but here it shows her 'full signature', same with Robert Downey Jr, his in person sig looks nothing like that.
