One of my friends wrote a book on Vincent Price. I sent her the link to this, and her response was:
"a terrible fake, no question. 100% positive it's bogus."

I'm not expert (just a big Price fan), but that doesn't look good to me. It's really sloppy, and Price was anything but sloppy in his signatures. Take a look at mine, which I received directly from him:
