I don't know about whether it's authentic or not but a charity item
only means a certain percentage of the money used to buy it goes towards a certain charity, in this case 10% towards the red cross.
Do not assume because it says charity item that it is real because the seller (if they did fake it) might think that if they gave 10% to charity, people are more likely to buy it, thinking it was real.
So basically I don't know if its real or not but saying it's a charity item does not confirm authenticity.
