If you can't find a cheaper one from a reputable dealer than go for it, it's not a terrible price, I would definitely make an offer though.

Since it wasn't signed in front of me I can't tell you 100% obviously, but I would be comfortable buying it.

As for the price, if you really want it and have the money then go for it, otherwise my advice would be to find one that's more reasonable.

I am not saying everything JSA authenticates is good, in fact I posted a study the while back stating a big problem with them, however in this particular case I agree with their opinion as I have gotten Keith Richards IP.

Contact the buyer, find out the history on the piece, it's always best if you can authenticate items yourself - you should not collect based on third party certificates alone.
