JSA, PSA/DNA, AMA, etc are all third party authenticators. If their paperwork is attached to an item it is to simply state their opinion on the authenticity. Third party authenticators DO NOT guarantee any of their opinions in any way. It is up to the dealer selling the piece to offer the guarantee, which is why it is best to always purchase from a reliable and trustworthy source.

You never know if they are real. I found one website that you could pay a pretty low price and just print a COA. The DNA stuff is weird because you really think they are doing DNA test with autographs...do you really think they have celebrites DNA? I hope I helped!

so JSA and Pieces of the past i would say can be trusted..........

It's not usually a matter of having a "fake" COA, its more of the matter of having a COA issued by a reputable company that you can trust. Anyone can issue a COA, whether their business model and ethics are going to stick around long enough to make any guarantee they offer worth anything is another question entirely. Simply buy from reputable companies and collectors that can be trusted and you will have no problem.
