in short, their worth whatever a fan is willing to pay for them.

you can charge as much as or little as you like, but if it's not worth it to the person buying it, they simply won't buy it. if their a die-hard fan and this person doesn't sign very often, they might be willing to pay a lot, but if it's someone who signs all them time at every event for every fan, naturally the value will be much lower due to the supply and demand factor.
