Thanks Ryan for your opinion - That is what I thought but David Arquette's autograph looked very similar to my IP photo that I have. So it kinda threw me off - Didn't plan on purchasing it, but wanted to hear some opinions

Well, Why didn't you give your opinion instead of asking a question? Having a ? after a sentence & asking 'Are you sure' that is a question, not a statement. Just FYI. You were asking ME if it was fake.

It's not that rare, I have several in person signed cast photos - when they promote movies & TV Shows they get together & do that sorta thing for fans.

If I didn't know better, I'd say all those were signed by the same person. several of those squiggly lines look exactly the same in flourishes. and the 'M' are similar as well.

Well that is my opinion on it. Unless it is listed for around $400 it wouldn't be a real cast signed script. It is very hard and rare to get a whole cast to sign something unless you were lucky enough to be invited on the set.
