I am 90% sure that it is NOT an AP. There are none of the tell tale signs of AP there.

Its signed in a silver pen so could be autopen

Hold it up to light and see if its shiny where the pen is
Look through a magnifying glass at the picture

Look at genuine signatures in the database (use a autograph website or take it to a autograph dealer)
